This is a one level home in a quiet residential neighborhood with a very peaceful atmosphere. Great for large families or a group of people. It has its own large, fenced back yard, for pets (UPON APPROVAL and FEE) and children. There is also a playroom/bedroom available. A park with a children's playground is only a block away. There is a front Porch and back covered deck. There is plenty of private, safe parking. It's 15 minutes from downtown Lewiston and is 5 minutes from the airport. There is a 4th bedroom setup as a children's bedroom / playroom with toys but can be used to sleep 2 adults instead if needed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen where you can make some waffles or cookies! There are grocery stores less than five minutes away. Some food items will be supplied like sugar, honey, pancake mix, syrup, butter, flour, basic spices, and of course, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There's also a laundry room with supplies provided, including scented and unscented detergents. You can sit in the large living room and watch the 55" TV with Basic Cable, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, movies, and Netflix provide You can enjoy game night with your family with the provided board games. In season, you can also enjoy sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Our place is good for families, couples looking for a getaway, or a small group hosting a conference or event on site (with prior approval). We also provide an office area with a desk in a Queen bedroom with its own entrance. The front and back decks are covered so you stay dry if it rains or snows. There are two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, and the master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower. Please call for any questions. We will try to meet your needs. You are also welcome to come and sit by the pond by yourself on the host side of the premises. You can stroll around the yard taking in the beautiful flowers and garden, or pick a pear, plum, or apple from our orchards.
