Our home is located in a very walkable area with a walking trail just 1 block east, and walking the scenic coastline from Neptune Place or just sitting on a bench and watching the ocean activity. With this home being located in the premier neighborhood of WindanSea beach, it is the ideal spot for families to enjoy everything that southern California has to offer. As you enter the single story home, the open living space has an abundance of light from the living room bay windows. Refinished original wood floors, new comfortable furnishings with 2 large sofas for family get togethers to watch a movie on the 65-inch flat-screen smart TV with complimentary premium Spectrum cable channels HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ, CINEMAX, TCM and Netflix ( with your Netflix account) make our living room the perfect place for the family to get together and enjoy each other’s company. The living room flows into the 6-person dining area in the kitchen granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to create great meals to entertain your family. If eating and entertaining in the kitchen is not what you want, the front or side patios is the perfect place to be! This home has two outdoor living spaces. The front patio is the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach, sea kayaking, Zoo, Safari park, Lego Land, Torrey Pines golfing, catching a Padres game or just walking down at the beach or reading a book or just doing nothing and taking an outdoor daytime nap on one of the 2 outdoor sofas under the outdoor sofa shade umbrella.! Enjoy outdoor family dinners on the outdoor dining table or enjoy a glass of wine around the stone fire chat. The landscaping, lighting, create a relaxing vibe that is the epitome of the La Jolla lifestyle. The additional large side patio off the kitchen and dining room is where you can BBQ up your favorite meal on the large natural gas Weber grill and enjoy your meal on this 2nd patio deck that has an oversized 10' oval 8 person dining table with overhead sun shade umbrella. Or just relax there in the daytime and catch some sun on the chaise lounge chairs. When returning from the beach or surfing we also have a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse yourself or your wetsuit and surfboard! Our home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed with a premium high-end 16-inch thick pillow-top Sterns and Foster mattress that is double fully encased, a ceiling fan above the bed, a 42-inch wall mounted flat-screen TV, with same full cable channels and On-Demand of the living room (No Netflix access in bedrooms) and a full private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The other two bedrooms are also equipped with a high end 16 inch thick double encased premium Sterns and Foster Queen size mattresses, Ultra-Soft pillows, a ceiling fan above each bed, and a wall mounted 42-inch flat-screen TV with same cable channels of the Livingroom (No Netflix). These bedrooms are modernly decorated and are the perfect sanctuary for a restful night’s sleep. These bedrooms share a common hall full bathroom with glass tub\shower. The open kitchen has large skylight that opens to bring in both sunlight and coastal breeze. A center island with bar stool seating and plenty of counter space provides you ample space for preparing your favorite meals as well as new appliances such as Large Fridge with Ice-Maker, Oven, Gas Cooktop, built in Microwave and Dishwasher, Toaster, Toaster Oven and plenty of kitchen furnishings. Off the kitchen is the laundry area with a washer and dryer. (We provide a starter pack of laundry pods). Our La Jolla Beach home is a wonderful retreat for you and your family. Located just a short 2 block stroll straight down the street to the beautiful white sand beaches at WindanSea and a short walk to La Jolla Village shops and restaurants and is located in a very walkable area. **************************** Things you should know **************************** • Max occupancy is SIX (6) • Our home is located in an ultra-quiet family-occupied residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter Non-late night groups. Our rental Terms and Conditions includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise or complaints, Over Occupancy, Parties, Events, or Celebrations of any kind. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with us. • Smoking\Vaping is NOT permitted on the premises boundary (from where our driveway meets the street). This includes outside areas. Marijuana is NOT permitted to be Transported, Stored or Smoked on the property boundary. This is a absolute ZERO TOLERANCE. • Please note this home is a NO pet home. Pets, emotional support animals are NOT PERMITTED nor are visitor’s pets or Service Animals. • Due to the moderate coastal climate, our home like most in this area does not have air conditioning. •Check-in time is 4:00 PM. •Check-out is 10:00 AM. • “Mandatory San Diego Vacation Rental Property Ordinance Policy"- Guests must Vacate all outdoor areas by 10:00 PM and move inside for the remainder of the night. No Exceptions. • Our home has a maximum occupancy of SIX (6) with an additional 2 Guest day visitors. Max number of people on property may not exceed EIGHT. • NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, OR EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS. • The entry to the home is secured by a front gate smart lock and a front door smart lock. Prior to your arrival (within 24 hrs.) you will receive an email or message in the VRBO app with your unique smart lock access codes that will begin to function at your check in time. • During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire interior of house, as well as the front and east side patio area. However, the garage, and small rear common area shared by the home behind the house, and the West side of house is gated and locked and you will not have access to these areas. A small locked cabinet in master bedroom will be locked and not guest accessible. • Our home has an external driveway entrance camera. •Indoor fireplace is not a listed amenity nor is it available for use and is non-operable and guest may not use it. Other things to note HOUSE RULES NO PETS Our home is nestled among other Owner occupied homes and the Owners are our neighbors and friends. Airbnb Guest is reminded to respect our neighbors right to peace and quiet after 8:00 PM by keeping moise levels at a level that does NOT travel off the property. As the city of San Diego recently passed the strictest Short Term Vacation Regulations (STVR) in the country that also include a Mandatory "STVR Good Neighbor Policy" regulation that includes among things, a mandatory outdoor usage curfew of STVR's, Noise Over-Occupancy, Parties, Parking, Trash issues. We ask and INSIST airbnb renters be good stewards of our home that we are entrusting you with. Please remember YOU are responsible for any and ALL damage or loss to our home's possesions. please be respectful of noise levels AT ALL TIMES, and that of our neighbors right to peace and quiet at all times especially in the evenings if you are on the outdoor patios as noise will travel. Please be respectful in not engaging in loud, or vulgar language while on our Property or the outdoor areas. No excessive alcohol consumption Comply with all local and state laws and ordinances and not causing Noise Disturbances AT ANY TIME. Any aggresion, threats of or violence, confrontations by airbnb renter or invitees towards anyone weather it be on the property of outside property shall be grounds for Immediate Eviction, Loss or all remaining reservation nights and forfeiture of security deposit. Although you may be on a vacation, or a weekend getaway, its important that you remember you are renting a home in a Residential Area, not the beach, and our neighbors are NOT on Vacation. They and their children retire at normal bed times at night and get up early and go to work, or school Guest is reminded to be respectful of that. - Airbnb Traveler reservation is for the number of people declared at booking time. Any additional guests found on property shall result in Airbnb Traveler being charged and additional Guest charge of $200.00 per guest per night. Guest agrees to pay owner any additional Guest charges. - Smoking is NOT permitted on our property boundary. Property boundary is defined as (Where the public street ends and our driveway begins) Smokers must exit to the public street. - Transporting, Storing or Smoking on our property boundary is NOT permitted at anytime. Guest is NOT permitted to Transport or store ANY smoking material on our property Boundary ( Where the street ends and our driveway begins) Traveler is required to store any smoking material off our property boundary. Any evidence of smoking, or storing smoking material on our property boundary has occurred shall result in traveler being in Violation of House Rules and SHALL result in the IMMEDIATE eviction of Airbnb traveler with loss of all reservation nights with no refund being given and forfeiture of Security Deposit. - We have a Zero Tolerance 1-Strike rule policy regarding ANY nuisance Noise, over-occupancy, Parties, events, celebrations, Pets, Violence, Threat of Violence, Vulgar language, harassment by guest towards any person. Our home is monitored, by external video surveillance of the driveway entrance, as well as we do property drive-by's. Any exceptions to the No Party Clause must be approved by OWNER in writing prior to the arrival date. • OWNER RIGHT TO ACCESS - Owner shall reserve right to enter premises at any time with notice made by (Phoning renter\messaging renter\Knocking on door) and entering premises if Owner suspects renter is in violation of NO SMOKING\NO Transporting Smoking material house rule, as well as if Owner suspects Over Occupancy IS\HAS occurred. Airbnb Renter shall not Impede, prevent, hinder, Owner access or attempt to hide, destroy or alter any evidence regarding NO Smoking\NO Transporting\Storing Smoking material\Product. ZERO TOLERANCE, IMMEDIATE EVICTION SHALL OCCUR. • Only 1 vehicle is permitted to park in driveway. • No vehicles permitted to park in driveway that is leaking\dripping any form of engine\radiator fluid\oil. • Do not block public sidewalk with vehicle. (Respect our neighbors) • Do not park in street blocking driveway. • Do not park vehicle in street with driver side to the curb. • No Trailers, storage containers, commercial vehicles of trucks permitted in driveway. •PATIOS\OUTDOOR AREAS CLOSES AT ** 9:30 PM ** NO EXCEPTIONS WE CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH.. Guests ARE REQUIRED to have vacated patios by 9:30 PM due to noise levels created to our adjacent neighbors who are not on vacation and get up on the morning and go to work. Upon noise complaints received, Owner\Manager will make entry to property and inform guest of noise complaint and demand guest vacate patio immediately and all visitors vacate property. ONLY 1 WARNING IS GIVEN. Upon 2nd nuisance noise complaint received, GUEST shall be ordered to vacate\evicted from property and forfeits remaining reservation nights, and security deposit. • MAX OCCUPANCY (6) TO INCLUDE ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS. Violation of this shall result in immediate termination of reservation and guest shall be ordered to vacate property immediately and shall forfeit all remaining reservation nights with no refund being given. • No overnight guest visitors permitted unless written permission given by owner and guest has paid overnight visitor guest fee. If unauthorized guest visitor(s) found or found to have stayed overnight without paying additional fee, guest shall be charged a $100.00 unauthorized guest visitor fee per visitor per night and Guest may be ordered to immediately vacate (Evicted) property and forfeit remaining reservation nights and Security Deposit. •Guest is not permitted to touch, attempt to adjust, configure, or attach any device\cable to any of our TV’s. $35.00 service charge to re-configure each TV found not operational with TWC remote upon Guest check out. •Guest Visitors are NOT permitted at any time to bring any animal\pet onto our property. This violation will result in Guest security Deposit being charged 250.00 pet fee for each day animal found to have been present on property. •Guest not permitted to flush anything in our toilets other than human waste and the provided toilet tissue in bathrooms. Under NO circumstances may any form of Feminine Hygiene product material be flushed in our toilets. ANY TOILET\SEWER LINE CLOG FOUND TO BE CAUSED BY FEMININE HYGIENE MATERIAL WILL RESULT IN GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT BEING CHARGED FOR PROFESSIONAL SEWER\TOILETS LINE CLEARING. •Remove ALL trash from property upon departure, Turn off all lights, TV’s when leaving the house. • Do NOT attempt to or remove ANY window pane, or window screens. Any damage found to either will result in guest being charged for replacement. •Keep patio door closed at night and when not on property. Rodents\Insects will enter. • DO NOT leave any food uncovered, out on counters or outside overnight. It WILL attract insects or rodents. •Guest is not permitted to play any form of portable external speakers or stereo on our property. Only 1 warning given then eviction. •GUEST required to perform “GUEST Departure checklist” prior to departure. **GUEST Departure checklist ** GUEST REQUIRED TO PERFORM EACH ITEM. • PRIOR TO DEPARTING, GUEST REQUIRED TO PLACE ALL WHITE BATH TOWELS IN WASHER AND ADD 2-3 DETERGENT PELLETS AND TURN ON WASHER SETTING TO BULKY SETTING, HOT WATER, EXTRA RINSE, AND START WASHER PRIOR TO DEPARTING. Failure to complete this item shall result in $75.00 charge to guest Security Deposit. •Guest must remove ALL trash from the home (food waste, personal trash, bottles,- paper, etc.) and place in plastic bags and place in appropriate trash receptacles outside driveway. Recycles MUST go in blue container, BROWN container all NON recyclables. USE PLASTIC BAGS PROVIDED. DO NOT THROUGH TRASH ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY IN TRASH\RECYCLE CANS. Failure to complete this item SHALL result in $75.00 charge to guest security deposit. •Place all dirty\used dishes\glasses\utensils in dishwasher, add 1-2 pellets and turn on NORMAL cycle. (NO PLASTIC GLASSES\CUPS IN DISHWASHER.) • DO NOT remove sheets from beds. Cleaning staff required to remove. •TRASH CANS COLLECTION – If Guest staying over SUNDAY night, Guest is required to place BROWN and BLUE Trash cans out for collection at the curb on SUNDAY nights for Monday 06:30 am collection. •Close and lock all doors and gate whenever leaving property. WARNING Failure to lock ALL doors upon departure is a VIOLATION of Rental Agreement and Guest SHALL be responsible for any theft, vandalism noted upon Guest 10:00 AM departure time. And when departing. END GUEST DEPARTURE CHECKLIST • Internet reception can be sporadic after 6:00PM as internet traffic increases 60%. Owner not responsible for any Internet\Cable broadcast issues. • Due to being located in quiet residential area, GUEST is REQUIRED to vacate ALL outdoor areas promptly by 9:30 PM. ZERO TOLERANCE. ZERO tolerance for Nuisance Noise complaints, EVICTIONS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Unauthorized overnight visitor charge - $200.00 per person per night. Owner/ Owner's Agent may enter premises immediately at any time in the event of an emergency, or if OWNER has reasonable belief GUEST is smoking or has smoked on premises, or to perform necessary repairs. And/or maintenance, or if nuisance noise complaints are received. Owner/Owners agent may also enter the Premises with less than 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Under no circumstance may GUEST refuse, Interfere, prevent or impede with Owner/Owner’s Agent at time of entry. Violation shall result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION with no refund being given. TRANSIENT LODGER SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT GUEST is responsible for full payment for the entire rental period; Total Amount Due Payment must be made by direct payment to Airbnb, Homeaway,(Addl service fee) , Bank to Bank, check, cash, ( Additional 2.9% charge fo. Guest is responsible for all Credit Card charges. See instructions below: GUEST agrees that there shall be no holding over or late departure without prior approval. Any unauthorized Holding over period by occupant shall be subject to a charge of 1 times the Nightly Rate prorate rent Transient lodger short term rental agreement. I(WE) GUEST, the undersigned, renting the above named Premises for short term vacation or recreational purposes, agree to the following conditions: I(WE) GUEST is renting the premises as a transient lodger for the number of days specified in this contact from owner who retains full legal possessory and access rights. 1. I (WE) are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period; a 50% Deposit being due at time of reservation made, and the Balance being due 60 days prior to occupancy. If paying by credit card and final payment is not received 60 days prior to occupancy the credit card on file will be automatically billed (if applicable). Or GUEST will be contacted via email listing messaging system to inform GUEST they must make remaining balance payment immediately of reservation will cancelled. 2. Reservation is not confirmed until the Rental Agreement has been returned and the Deposit cleared. 3. Failure to make all payments when due will result in cancellation of this Agreement. 4. If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, ALL amounts including the deposit is fully refundable minus a $300 cancellation fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, OWNER will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation. If OWNER re-rents the Premises for the duration of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive 100% of payments and or the deposit back minus the $300 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, OWNER may re-rent the Premises for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund based on this newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee(If applicable) and the $300 cancellation fee. If OWNER is unable to re-rent the Premises for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable. 5. If I (WE) do not personally inspect the premises prior to signing this Agreement, I (WE) agree to accept the rental Premises upon arrival, provided it meets the basic description as listed on the web site. In addition, I (WE) agree that we will not be entitled to a refund or rent money, nor relocation to another Premises, and will have no claim or recourse against OWNER, provided the Premises remains in habitable condition during the rental period. 6. Owner/ Owner's Agent may enter premises immediately in the event of an emergency or to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance or if Owner has reasonable belief that GUEST IS\HAS Smoked on premises (Inside or outside patios) or has transported Smoking material onto premises (Inside or outside patios). Owner/Owners agent may enter the premises with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. 7. Occupancy (including children, infants and visitors) is not to exceed the published maximum occupancy (6) as stated on the Vacation Rentals website If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the leased Premises, I (WE) agree that a charge of $300.00 per person per each day will be made to MY (OUR) credit card or deducted from MY (OUR) damage deposit. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without refund at the discretion of OWNER if the maximum occupancy is exceeded and GUEST shall forfeit all remaining reservation nights and pay a lease violation penalty fee of $750.00 or equal to security deposit. 8. NO SMOKING, NO SMOKING PRODUCT\MATERIAL permitted on the Premises– For the purpose of this contract, Premises is defined as “Where the public sidewalk ends and the driveway begins”. (This means inside the home and outside on the patios or driveway Premises.) It is further understood by GUEST that no smoking\vaping product material is permitted to be transported or stored anywhere on the Premises. (GUEST is to store smoking\vaping material in their vehicle) 9. I (WE) shall be responsible for all damage or breakage and/or loss to the premises that I(WE) cause, except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties which may result from Occupancy. I (WE) acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the Unit that I (WE) cause will result in a charge to MY (OUR) credit card. 10. OWNER will make reasonable efforts to repair in a timely manner any damages or notable conditions reported by the GUEST that affect GUEST’s use and enjoyment of the Premises. 11. The Premises will be left in the same good and habitable condition. Any damages or notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to OWNER within EIGHT (8) hours of Occupancy. OWNER shall provide utilities, furniture and fixtures, linens and towels and other basic amenities contained in the description listed on the website as of the date of this agreement. 11a. UTILITIES USAGE: Guest shall be provided Electricity, Natural Gas and Water free of charge up to $65.00 per every 7 night rental period. Any overage shall be charged to guest credit card on file or deducted from Guest Security Deposit. ( GUEST IS REQUIRED TO TURN OFF ALL UTILITIES WHEN LEAVING THE PROPERTY OTHER THAN (1) LIGHT MAY BE LEFT ON WHEN GOING OUT) 12. Prior to vacating Unit, GUEST is responsible to remove all trash and recyclables, ensure all dishes and cookware are clean, and return any furniture that was moved to its original position. 13. OWNER shall not be liable to GUEST, or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or Premises on or about the premises. GUEST shall hold OWNER harmless and indemnify and defend OWNER from and against all loss or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of GUEST, or GUEST’s invitees. 14. This Agreement may not be assigned or the Premises sublet, and is for GUEST's use only. 15. NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME – this contract defines a party as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests Outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined in item #7 above. I (WE) agree that a party, as defined in this agreement, will result in a $750.00 charge to MY (OUR) credit card or deducted from security deposit and an immediate eviction from the Premises with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to the No Party Clause must be approved by OWNER in writing prior to the arrival date. 16. GUEST VISITORS: NO OVERNIGHT GUEST VISITORS. I (WE) understand and agree, in the event I(WE) allow Visitors to stay overnight ( past 11:00 PM ), we are in violation of this rental agreement and Guest Security Deposit shall be charged $200.00 per night per person and GUEST may be subject to Immediate eviction forfeiting all remaining reservation nights with no refund given and forfeiture of Security Deposit. (Please contact owner to pay additional guest overnight fee) 16. PET\DOG \ VISITOR DOG CLAUSE: Animals, birds, reptiles, or any kind of pet is NOT permitted on our property at any time. Guest Visitors are NOT permitted to bring any animal or Service Animal onto the property at any time. In the event GUEST Visitor brings an animal onto our property for any length of time, GUEST IS IN VIOLATION OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT and GUEST security deposit shall be charged a $300 penalty fee for each animal and each occurrence. Any Pet, emotional support dog found on property GUEST is in violation of rental agreement and GUEST security deposit shall be charged a $375 penalty fee for each day present and Guest subject to immediate Eviction with no refund being given. 17. Rental Rate: The undersigned acknowledge that OWNER rental rates are established in the sole discretion of OWNER and determined using various criteria, including but not limited to comparable vacation rental rates in the area of the subject Premises, square footage, year built/remodeled, condition of the Premises, proximity to the beach and/or local attractions, and available amenities. The undersigned further acknowledge and agree that there shall be no adjustments to the rental rate or partial refunds due to any perception of the undersigned that the rental value is not commensurate with the rental rate established by OWNER. 18. I (WE) acknowledge that OWNER reserves the right to offer discounted rates on Premises based on ever changing market conditions and availability. If the rental rate of the Premises that I (WE) have chosen to reserve is discounted after I (WE) confirm our reservation, I (WE) will not be entitled to any type of discount of the original rental rate agreed on as per page one of this contract. 19. I (WE) acknowledge that it is MY (OUR) responsibility to thoroughly read the list of amenities and Premises description provided by OWNER for the Premises I (WE) have chosen to rent. I (WE) acknowledge that OWNER has posted a detailed Premises description and complete list of amenities on the listing website. I(WE) acknowledge that any assumptions made on MY (OUR) part and/or failure to read the Premises description and/or list of amenities will not result in a refund or discount under any circumstances. 20. I (WE) acknowledge that OWNER has provided a complete address to the home I (WE) have chosen to rent on page 1 of this rental contract. I (WE) acknowledge that with this information, I (WE) can research the local area for any and all factors that may be relevant during MY (OUR) stay. Any and all instances related to occupying a home in a suburban area will not result in a refund under any circumstances. Examples of this include (but are not limited to): local traffic conditions, neighborhood construction, city/utility maintenance, and proximity to surrounding homes and businesses. 21. Lessor shall not be entitled to cancel the reservation with less than 60 days notice unless the Premises becomes unavailable because of Premises sale, fire, mandatory evacuation, eminent domain, construction delays, lack of utilities, or act of nature. Upon cancelation by Lessor, Lessor will refund all funds received to date from Lessee within three (7) business days of notice of cancellation. 21. 22. Internet Usage. I(WE) hereby understand and agree that OWNER makes Internet access available for GUEST’S legal usage only. I(WE) further understand and agree by OUR using OWNER’S internet service to engage in any form of copyright infringement is ILLEGAL and is expressly prohibited by Time Warner Cable corporation’s Acceptable Use Policy and I(WE) will not engage in any of the above. Furthermore, I(WE) understand and agree that I(WE) will not use OWNER’S Internet service to download, upload, store, view or file share any copyright infringement material. Furthermore I(WE) understand and agree that Child Pornography is a form of child sexual exploitation. U.S. Federal law defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (persons less than 18 years old). Images of child pornography are also referred to as child sexual abuse images. Federal law prohibits the production, distribution, importation, reception, or possession of any image of child pornography. I(WE) have been made aware a violation of federal child pornography laws is a serious crime, and convicted offenders face Federal Prison sentences, fines, and severe statutory penalties. Therefore, I(WE) further understand and agree the Viewing of, or Downloading, Uploading, storing, trading, Posting, or Sharing any form of CHILD PORNAGRAPHY content is ILLEGAL and I(WE) shall not engage in any of the above. I(WE) have been informed and that ANY copyright infringement, or violations of any of the above during our reservation period ( GUEST Check in date and time GUEST Check out date and time) WILL result in I(WE) being in VIOLATION of Rental Agreement and I(WE) agree to pay a penalty fee in the amount of $750.00 which shall be deducted from OUR Security Deposit. I(WE) hereby agree to reimburse OWNER for any fine, fees levied by Internet carrier related to OUR ILLEGAL copyright infringement activity. Furthermore, I(WE) agree and are aware OWNER shall cooperate and provide relevant identifying information about I(WE) and OUR allegedly infringing conduct to requesting third parties, including the copyright owner, its representatives or their agents, and any law enforcement agencies. I(WE) hereby further understand financial penalties levied by Internet carrier and or Copyright owner can and are as high as $3,000 USD per instance(Movie, photo, file) of illegal copyright download, upload, traded or shared material. I(WE) have been made aware and understand OWNER will comply with any and all agencies requests while investigating any of the Illegal activity above. I(WE) hereby accept full and sole responsibility of any of the above should it occur during our reservation check in date\time and reservation check out date\time. I(WE) hereby hold OWNER harmless and Indemnify OWNER against any and all claims arising out of OUR Internet usage activity. Including without limitation, Expenses, Judgments, Fines, settlements, and any other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss or damage arising or resulting from OUR participation in Internet Usage. Late Check-Out Requests must be received by owner in writing in advance and at a minimum of 24 hours prior to check out time and traveler must receive written authorization from Owner and have paid the late check out fee as outlined below. Any exception to the late check out policy is required to be in writing from Owner. LATE CHECKOUT'S - Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Late Check-Out charges BEGIN AS follows - AT 15 MINS AFTER 10:00 am, GUEST shall be charged 75.00 for each 15 mins rounded to next 30 mins.
