There is no hassle of handing over the keys, and you can relax as if you were at home without worrying about anyone. According to the law, you need to register your guest list (passport information for foreign nationals).You'll receive a pin after you register. Provision of Guest Information (Obligations under Japanese law) • Guests residing outside of Japan: Under Japanese law, all guests are required to provide a "name, address, occupation" and a "copy of their passport". • Please note that if we do not receive it by the time it is due, it will be a guest cancellation and you won't be able to stay overnight. 2. No Smoking, Noise, No party • Fully non-smoking: All rooms, verandas, and around the building are non-smoking.We also strongly prohibit throwing away cigarette butts. • Quiet: The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood.No loud noises, parties, or events at night. 3. Rules during your stay • Cleaning and linens: No cleaning will be done during your stay for consecutive nights.There is one sheet for each, so please do your laundry in the provided washer/dryer as needed. • Towels: One bath towel and face towel per person will be provided. • Key Management: There is only one key given to you.Please be careful about losing it. • No entry: Please do not touch the equipment (host inventory, etc.) in the closet. • Facilities: We do not have floor heating. 4. Accommodation for children • Children with infants are also welcome, but there are no dedicated facilities such as baby gates and are not optimized for infants.Please make a reservation in advance. 5.
