This thoughtfully designed space is just 7 blocks from the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Though compact, the studio is efficiently designed to include everything you need for a comfortable stay and opens seamlessly to a large private patio with Adirondack chairs for relaxing outdoors. The space The Bright & Colorful Studio includes: A comfortable queen bed with luxury linens and a plush down comforter A large outdoor space with seating. A folding table with seating for two. A 43” TV with YouTubeTV and Netflix. Microwave, coffee maker, and a mini retro-styled fridge The studio is located just 2 blocks from our primary residence. We care deeply about this neighborhood and are proud to call it home. It’s a quiet, residential area with many families and friendly neighbors, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that we’re happy to share with our guests. Guest access To reach the studio, you’ll park in the driveway when available, or on the street nearby if the two on-site spaces are taken. At the top of the driveway, you’ll see an opening in the fence, which leads into the shared patio area. Continue through the patio and follow the walkway on your left to the orange gate. The entrance uses a smart lockbox, and your unique code will be sent prior to check-in. While many guests enjoy getting around on foot in Pacific Beach, having a car is helpful if you plan to explore farther areas of San Diego such as Legoland, the Safari Park, or if you’re traveling with a child and need a car seat. If you only need a vehicle for a day or two, Turo is a great option to consider for flexible local rentals. Other things to note Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. The property has two parking spots for 3 units. There is also plenty of street parking. On holidays and summer weekends, you may have to park 2-4 blocks from the property. Otherwise, there is always parking on the street in front of the property We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards.
