Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together. The space This 750 square foot Guest house is located on our 6-acre Private Estate in Kingsport Tn. Amenities include 1 Queen Bed, A ROLL AWAY TWIN BED is available for a THIRD guest, 43-inch Smart TV, WIFI, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Coffee, coffee condiments, Fridge, Dining Table and stove top with cooking utensils. We also provide bed linens, soap, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and dishes. We do not charge a cleaning fee as long as place is left clean and it doesn't take extra time beyond what is typical to clean. Extra precautions are taken after every guest leaves thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire house. There is an additional $10 charge per night for a third guest. Guest access Parking available at the Chalet, limited to no more than two vehicles unless otherwise approved. Nearby attractions include Historic Church Circle, Ridgefields Golf and Country Club, Fort Henry Mall, The Allendale Mansion, Netherland Inn Landing, Bristol RaceTrack , East Tn State University, The Barter Theatre and the Riverfront Seafood Company. Location is close to Old Jonesborogh, Johnson City and Bristol TN.
