Winter time sports abound -enjoy snowmobiles and ice fishing, Cross country skiing with trails plus sledding too. Quaint Park Rapids offers shopping and amenities like restaurants, golf, and parks nearby. Itasca State Park is a renowned park system along the beginning of the Mississippi River not far away. Onsite parking for up to 3 cars in driveway and 1 boat or bike trailer nearby. No campers are allowed. Other things to note For the price listed, we have a limit of 8 guests (not including babies) . Extra guests are $25/day There have been dogs in this home. We do have a dog fee and a dog security deposit separate from the rental rate. Owners are responsible for clean up and any damage by their dogs. There have been peanuts/nuts/peanut butter in this home We presently have disinfectant cleaners available in the home for guests to use. We are doing our best to clean home thoroughly between guests and wipe down surfaces with disinfectants using the cleaning protocol. There are 28 stairs from the back yard to the beach area and fire pit.
