My modern and comfortable room, is just one block from Dadeland Mall, and walking to the metrorail station, Close to LARKIN HOSPITAL, SOUTH MIAMI HOSPITAL AND BAPTIST HOSPITAL, in a very clean and beautiful apartment. Large closet, comfortable queen size bed , and plenty of dresser space., TV and work desk in the room. Great living space with large TV and WIFI. Great for MEDICAL STUDENTS coming for rotations or studying for licensing exams...or anyone else that need a nice, quiet, clean space! The space Is a very quiet place , plenty of brightness and good energy , also very clean and spasious apartment , with a complete, clean kitchen , comfortable mattress, and complete comfortable bathroom, I hightly recommended for medical students that come to the Larkin Hospital , Baptist Hospital , UM because is 5 min away in car , great place for them and anyone that want to enjoy Miami , you really will feel at home. Coffee available for guests , and refrigerator in the room where guests can storage their own food . Access to kitchen all time. Huge TV at living room that is always accailable for guests. LOCATION ! LOCATION ! I will like to let you know that the bathroom is not inside the room , is in front of the room in the hall ,as you can see in the pictures of the listing. I keep my home very clean and I espect my guests to keep it that way too. Guest access Downtown Dadeland, Dadeland Mall, metrorail Station , Restaurants, Starbucks cofee, Publix, bus transportation , big stores .all this, is minutes walking from the apartment, if you don't rent a car , is really very easy transportation and getting to any place , and if you have a car all the express ways on the way out ! LOCATION ! LOCATION ! LOCATION !! During your stay I always try to be in touch with my gests also before they are comming , and Im very friendly , always trying to see what I can read collaborate or help to facilitate your stay in my home. :) Medical student are welcome :) "I also offer transportation services for up to 4 people during your stay. I am able to give you a ride in my luxury SUV if you would like to see the town. Just let me know if you're interested in transportation when we get in touch." Other things to note We have a very clean laundry place inside the apartment. And the building have a great pool that can be used by the guests !!
