Charming 3 bedr. house(3queensize beds,1 Futon) with 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining room, front & back decks, front & backyards. Open feel with lots of windows that let the sun shine in. Close to Woodstock village, Bellaeyre, Hunter, Minnewaska State Park, Kaaterskill fall etc. Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, fall foliage, music, art galleries, theatre, unique shopping and dining. All people are welcome! Spanish is spoken. On parle francais. We speak Italian. The space You can rent the whole house or just one or two rooms. All bedrooms have queen size beds, downstairs bedroom has “tatami with futon”. There are additional sleeping spaces available: a queen size futon in one bedroom and air mattresses if needed. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, toaster, juicer, etc. Guest access Breakfast: coffee, tea, eggs, oats cereals, fruits. There is a washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom that guests can use. There is Wi Fi, board games, crafts for children, etc. Other things to note Four bikes are available for guests to use in season.
