This stunning suite finished renovation recently. We replaced new windows,flooring, painting and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, etc. You may share kitchen and bathroom with another guest. This unit is located near Metrotown,BCIT ,centralpark, and just a step to bus stop and also walks 15 minutes to joyce sky station . There is a queensize bed ,a night stand, a desk ,a sofa ,a big hanger and a closet in this room. Please book at least 30 nights,thanks. The space My cozy home locates at center of Great Vancouver ,near Metropolis at Metrotown and Central Park. It only takes 20 mins skytrain to Downtown.We provide shampoo,condition,hairdryer and free Wifi for my guests. We hope you have a comfortable stay at my home. A small grocery store is just 30 meters away. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom share with guests. Laundary room can be used once a wee No other visitors stay overnight at this unit. Free street parking across my house. Please keep quiet after 9:30 pm. During your stay If you need to set up a sofa bed, please tell me when you book this room. Laundary room can be used once a week at weekend during 9:00 am --9: 00 pm. Other things to note No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no party. No other unknown people overnight at this unit. Clean up after use kitchen. Please separate paper , food waste, plastic bottles etc at diffent garbage bins.
