Please note dining/seating space is compact for larger groups. The space This is a private 2-bedroom upper flat set over 2 floors. The flat can sleep up to 8 guests, with Bedroom 1 having a double bed, Bedroom 2 having two single beds, and sofa-bed sleeping space available in the living room. The property is best suited for guests who need a practical private base near Leven, the Fife coast and local transport links. It works well for families, contractors and short-stay groups, but please note that the dining/seating area is compact for larger groups. The flat includes a living room, full kitchen, utility room, 1.5 bathrooms and Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. There is also a washing machine, iron and clothes airers.
