Extremely welcome in our luxury cottages, you can fully enjoy what the outdoors has to offer, hiking, biking, ATB, horse and men routes and pony riding lessons and feel right at home. The wide view is over the fields, waking up with an orchestra of birdsong, a rabbit hopping around, a deer at the edge of the forest, the horses in a green meadow, the flowering fruit trees, the field bouquet, the call of the forest owl or enjoying the seasons, you can experience it all with us. The space Barn Cottage is a vacation home to spend the night with your family, friends & girlfriends in the sleeping loft. Built in a rural style with an industrial touch, equipped with all comforts such as (underfloor) heating, radiators, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. Western style decorations, a wooden ladder full of poppies and beautiful turquoise tiles make it a cozy whole. Smoke and CO2 detectors, first aid kits and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety. You have access to free internet, WiFi, TV with cable channels and ethernet. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining room with bar table, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and an XXL fridge. On the sofa bed you can lounge, the walk-in/rain shower, a sink with mirror, a separate toilet room. The ground floor is wheelchair friendly. Here is the entrance (private) of the technical room with linen room that the hostess sometimes uses. We always take your privacy into account! The upper floor is equipped with heating, mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, a smoke and CO2 detector, a fire extinguisher, free internet, WiFi, TV with cable channels and ethernet. The space also has a fully equipped kitchen. Two smaller (dining) tables with benches offer the possibility of a cozy get-together. On the lockable sleeping loft, which is only accessible to our guests, there are 8 luxurious single beds with comfortable mattresses. The entire upper floor has a cozy wooden floor. In the morning, the sun rises over the courtyard and sets again in the evening from the meadows. At the sturdy picnic tables, you can enjoy a drink and snack outside. Each cottage has a parasol, charcoal BBQ and fireplace/stove. Garden chairs and a table can be easily moved to rotate with the sun. Amuse yourself with sidewalk chalk, XXL mikado and the hobbyhorses and much more... There is gravel all over the grounds to play Jeu de boules and Kubb. When it's a little cooler, there are games to play inside. Guest access BoksheideBuiten has its own enclosed parking space. I can be reached by phone from 3:45 p.m. Call me 15 minutes before arrival, then I will be on site with you at the same time and leave for a moment, then the key and remote control of the automatic gate will be given. Call me 15 minutes before check-out, and I will come to the place to receive the key and the remote control of the gate back. Together with the main booker, I make a check through the Cottage. Other things to note Air conditioning "Cool & Heat", windows & doors closed! Parties, events & karaoke are not allowed. Only use inventory on our property. Bring your own towels for swimming. Dye your hair with your own towel. Ponies & horses are fed by the owners themselves. Keep windows & doors free of aluminum foil & glue-containing materials.
