Downtown Historic Guest Suite and Garden

My place is close to downtown Lancaster City, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife. The guest suite has it's own set of keys and two private entrances. A balcony area give you a sunny place to sit outside and have your morning coffee, drinks or any meal. Your host loves this town and lives on the first floor of the building so feel free to pop in and say hello. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space The guest suite includes one bedroom, one and half bathrooms, a sitting room with sofa and desk/table, a hospitality area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, hot water pot, coffee and tea, an iron and ironing board and dishes for all the delicious leftovers you'll have from the top notch restaurants and markets within 5 blocks of the location. There are two private entrances to the guest suite located on the second floor of the building. There is another apartment located in the second floor front of the building and the home owner/host lives on the first floor. The second floor apartment and the guest suite share the stairway to the balcony and each have their own private entrances either from the balcony or the front of the house. There are cats living in the front apartment and the first floor of the house so if you have allergies this may not be the place for you. Guest access There is one off street parking space for guests. Other things to note There are cats in residence. The neighbor on the right has dogs and the neighbor on the left feeds the birds. There will be a few tweets and barks.
