No refunds or compensation if this service is not available as this is not operated or controlled by SkyRun.   LAKE: The private lake/Goose Pasture Tarn across Rt 9 is for property owners use only and is heavily patrolled by Blue River Marshals - do not fish, swim or boat on the lake. Fishing is allowed in the Blue River that flows along Rt 9 in and north of the town of Breckenridge and licenses may be obtained from City Market. Guests will have access to the entire home. Non-emergency requests that are submitted after hours will be responded to the next day, but we do have 24/7 support for any emergency issues! - The driveway is steep and all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive are required in the winter, but the location and views are amazing. - The flex space is an open game room area with a twin-over-queen bunkbed. - Sits on private on-acre lot, but be aware of the neighbors property when out walking around.
