Rustic cottage

Our Cottage offers you a unique experience offering you a touch of the past with a tranquil feeling of country living yet centrally located in Gatesville. The Spur Capitol offers the Last Drive In Picture show 1 minute from the cottage & Mother Neff park the first State park in Texas.Entrance to North Fort hood is appr 3 miles and Waco 25 Miles with the Magnolia Farms/Silos about a 40 minute drive in Downtown. The space This Rustic cottage is located behind a main house and is located with in the city of Gatesville TX next to the last drive in picture show. It's about 300 square feet.There is a smart TV. There is a queen size bed and also a twin sleeper sofa.There's a bathroom with a shower,A microwave,coffee pot cooking pots,pans and utensils as well. There is a Gas Grill Located under the Carport and the propane bottle & chairs & Umbrella for the table are located in the little shed by the cottage. There will be one pet allowed for a $6.00 pet fee per pet,per day , per stay and we ask that pets be crated while inside please and there is a nice size back yard available to use and ask that you pick up and dispose of their droppings etc There are two playground/swing sets in tge backyard as well. We are Approx 3 miles from North Foot Hood Entrance and Approx 25 miles From Waco,Killeen,&Temple. We are 90 miles north of Austin and 120 mile South of Dallas. Guest access The entry to the cottage is by a code which we send you the day before arrival so there is no need for a key in case we are not around when you check in. There will be $8.00 pet fee per pet,per day , per stay and we ask that pets be crated while inside please and there is a nice size back yard available to use and ask that you pick up and dispose of their droppings etc .Plenty of parking and the only thing we ask is that you do not block our house tenants car which is in the first car port. We do ask that if you leave the premises you lock the door using the center button with a picture of a lock. Other things to note There are two city parks located near the city square, great for children or if you just enjoy walking.
