Batemans Bay town center is 2.2 mi away. It is a 15-minute drive to Mogo Zoo. This villa features a sofa and a TV in the living room. It also includes reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor furniture. Parking for 1 car only is available. Please note linen is only supplied for the queen, single and lower bunk bed. There is no linen for the top bunk. (available for hire).
