Welcome to A\Rest, a part of A\Ventures, a high-end and affordable stay in the trendy SoHy Arts District. Explore the many food and entertainment options within walking distance. Located less than 10 minutes from UMD College Park Campus, The Mall at Prince George's, 2 metro stations and Gateway to Washington DC. After a rejuvenating rest, you are welcomed to experience A\Work on the first floor; an art infused creative space developed for working professionals. The space 2 rooms are located in 2nd floor of Commercial Space sharing a Kitchen. Each room has its own appointed full bathroom with secured access to both room and assigned bathroom. Washcloths, towels, soaps and extra linens are provided for your stay. If more are needed please reach out to Community Manager. Relax on the rear deck or come down stairs through the secured entry door to our co-working space and front courtyard to do a little work, meet and mix with the locals.
