The layout of the home: There is a spacious living room with a dining area, swing and an ensuite bathroom and a staircase leading to a mezzanine room located above the dining area. 2 bedrooms are accessible from the living area which come with ensuite bathrooms and king-size beds. The other 2 bedrooms can be accessed from the common verandah and boast huge sliding doors and an ensuite bathrooms. One of these rooms offers an open bath while the other boasts a bathtub. There is also a mezzanine room in the living area with a king-sized bed. Meals: Enjoy a Signature Farm-to-Table experience with healthy home-cooked Veg & Non-Veg meals using fresh organic farm produce. Don’t miss local favourites like Pitla Bhakri, Bharli Vangi, and Rajma. Tea/coffee is included with breakfast and evening snacks; extra servings are chargeable. Jain meals can be prepared on request. Only online payments are accepted for meals; no cash payments allowed. Veg - 20000 + GST per person per day Non Veg - 2200 + GST per person per day. Experiences we offer at the villa: 1. Bonfire - Rs 1000 per hours Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa and premises except the kitchen. We have a cook to handle all meal requirements and hence guests do not have kitchen access. Parents of infants can access the kitchen for baby meals with prior approval Other things to note 1. The villa has wifi with a speed of 30-50 mbps which might be patchy at times depending on the weather conditions. 2. The road to the home has several bumps, thus not advisable for pregnant women and guests with back issues. 3. There are resident dogs onsite. 4. The river dries up post-monsoon i.e. till December. 5. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes 6. Meal payments have to be done online prior to check-in. We do not accept cash payments at the villa. 7. The security deposit and meal payments will be collected ONLINE only. 8. A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 will be collected at check-in and returned at the time of check-out. 9. Outside food is not allowed.
