Each home offers a distinct experience, promising memorable stays 🛏️ in some of California's most picturesque locals🏞️ Guest access Guests have access to the entire home at the Cove Cottage that includes stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in all bedrooms, and living room. A private courtyard with a salt water pool & spa. There is a remote to turn on the spa located by the front door. There is a clicker for the automatic garage door hanging in the front entrance of the house (be sure to return to the hanging position upon check-out). In the winter months, the fee to heat the pool is $35-$50 per day extra! Please note the following pool rules to ensure everyone's safety and the longevity of the pool system: 🏃‍♂️ No running or diving around the pool. 👶 Children must be supervised at all times. 🍽️ No food, drinks or glass in the pool for safety and cleanliness. 🚫🐕 Absolutely no pets in the pool, as this can clog the filter and disrupt the pool's chemical balance! Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by pets or failure to follow these rules. Trash man empties Bins on Tuesdays. Pool Technician comes on Mondays and Thursdays in the afternoon. Gardeners come on Thursdays afternoons too. Other things to note Pets are $75 extra charge and the charge will be requested after booking. You must get permission from host before bringing you doggie. Please describe your doggies breed and weight. Absolutely no vicious dog are allowed. Folks who bring a pet without approval are subject to a $250 fine. Doggies are not allowed on the beds or furniture and additional cleaning charges will be assessed if dog hair is found. Host is not responsible for any injuries to guests or pets of guests. In the winter months the fee to heat the pool is $25-35 per day extra. Because of the extra precautions that the cleaning crew now takes to ensure your safety, early Check-in requests cannot be accommodated at this time. Occasionally the house will be ready early and host will notify you when the house is ready on the day of your arrival. We have installed a single Ring dual floodlight camera above the garage for extra added security for the guests and to notify Host if a party is in the making. We don't take parties or loud voices or music lightly. If the police are called there will be a $5,000 fine and the guest will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. In addition we have a noise detection system that will also notify the host if the noise level is too high. Please no yelling or screaming and we require that you be respectful of the neighbors. According to City Codes and the Good neighbor policy set forth. During the hours of 7 am to 10 pm a maximum of 4 additional visitors are allowed on the property. And from 10 pm to 7 am only the designated number of people who are staying at the property as guests! NOISE: Please keep any music to an appropriate level. Remember you are renting in a residential neighborhood. The surrounding neighbors have access to a 24/7 hotline that they may call to file a complaint. The homeowner or an appointed agent will be expected to respond to any complaint within 45 min. or the La Quinta Police Department will be called. TRASH: Rental properties should be kept clean with no visible trash. Please keep all trash containers out of street view except on Tuesday trash day. PARKING: Onsite parking is limited to approved carports, garages, and driveways and no parking on the street. Renter’s vehicles should not block a neighbor’s driveway. Additional vehicles should be parked directly in front of the rental property. Keep in mind you are renting in a neighborhood. Registration Details 107429
