Drivers License and Credit Card of the Primary Guest for each room is required upon Check-In. For multiple room bookings, the Primary Guest's Identification and Credit/Debit Card is required for each room. A credit card pre-authorization of $200 per room may be required upon arrival to cover any incidentals, such as restaurant charges or mini-bar, of which any unused portion will be released at the end of your stay. Note that depending on your bank, pre-authorization settlement may take 3-5 business days. A Credit Card Surcharge of 1.5% apply to payments with Visa & Mastercard, 2.2% with American Express & 3% with JCB & UnionPay. There is no surcharge for payment by EFTPOS Debit, or Cash. Please advise in your booking of your expected arrival time. If you are arriving after 8pm, please contact the property to arrange a Late Check-in prior to finalizing your booking. Bedding configurations are set, unless there is an available option for an additional bed, sofa bed or cot - Please ensure your selected room includes your required bedding configuration or contact the property to discuss the most suitable room type/configuration. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Magdala's Lakeside Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 6pm. Reservations are preferred. Room service is available from 6pm. Last orders are taken by 8pm - Dining and bar is open to 9pm. Swimming pool is open September to approx mid/end June, dependent upon weather and may be closed during July to August. Pool closes daily at Sunset.
