Welcome to Studio C, a stylish rear studio in a triplex with its own private entrance and full privacy. This spa-inspired retreat features a modern kitchenette, leather couch, and cozy décor. Three small windows fill the space with a soft, ambient glow. The entry opens to a semi-private driveway with parking. Semi-private parking is available in the rear (please don’t touch other vehicles). Your entry door locks for complete privacy—no shared spaces, except a cozy laundry nook. In case of emergency, there’s a second exit through the laundry room. Laundry use can be arranged for a small fee. Please note: Zero Tolerance — there is never a reason to attempt entry into another guest’s locked unit. Doing so would violate the policies of this triplex, Airbnb standards, and local laws. Thankfully, we’ve never had this issue, and we expect the same respect from all guests. Other things to note 🚭 No smoking inside the home • ♻️ Please separate recycling from trash; containers are in the front of the home • 🧼 Long-term stays (2+ weeks) require a bi-weekly cleaning & cleaning fee(min $75) must be paid to cleaner; this will be scheduled with the renter • 👥 Additional guests: $20 per guest, per night. Pay requests will be sent after booking is confirmed. • If guest numbers are not disclosed, they will be verified and incur a $100.00 processing fee. • 🚪 Please do not leave the main entrance door open, as Studio C is at the rear near an alleyway. • 🚴‍♂️ The in-room exercise bike requires signing the waiver before use.
