Walking distance to neighborhood health food co-op store, close to Capitol building and downtown. Extremely quiet, comfortable and spacious. Wi fi. NO PETS or animals. The space An extremely quiet, clean, spacious home...Great place to study, read, write, reflect, meditate. Home is occupied by a single male resident who is quiet and studious (owner's son) No smoking; no pets. No parties or outside guests. There is no TV. The occasional movie watched on your laptop is okay, but if you wish to listen to music from an electronic device, please use headphones. You may use shared laundry room, living room, dining room and kitchen Guest access Wi fi, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave. (Guests allowed to occasionally cook on stove and use oven as long as it is not too frequently). Laundry room with washer and dryer, dining room area, living room with new sofa/chair, spacious yard. Free Parking is on street, or you can park on left half side of driveway. The downtown and capitol area is within walking distance. Bus stops nearby. Other things to note Privacy and peaceful harmonious atmosphere. Enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are on a quiet cul de sac with no traffic or noise. Note our prices for staying are lower during the winter half of the year (late October through March). (If you book after April, the basic nightly rate increases) Limit of 1 week for two guests, but single guests may stay longer and will get a small discount for stays longer than 1 week. No overnight guests nor parties please. NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
