New Resort Style Pool, Gym, Wifi !

SXSW dream! The space Your guest room comes complete with 2 queen sized beds, fresh linens and towels. One full bath. Full Kitchen, with coffeemaker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave. There is no television in the bedrooms, but we do have a television in the living room with AT&T services and free WiFi access for you... We also have a full capacity washer and dryer for you to use during your time with us... We do have a dog, we are extremely clean people, but please do not be allergic to dogs and stay here. He will not be at the apartment but dont want you to be allergic. The gated apartment complex amenities include a brand new state-of- the-art gym/ fitness facility, resort-style pool, outdoor grills, free and secure parking. We live off highway I-35 so access downtown is quick (about 10 minutes away) and very easy. But make sure you rent a car or take the metro. The bus stop is about a minute walk from the apartment and the metro is about a 4 minute drive. Restaurants, Walmart, Target, Jcpenny, HEB ( Austin's largest grocery store), Hair salons, etc are all a 8 minute walk away. We would love to have you stay with us...
