Plates, silverware, pots & pans, napkins, and other dining essentials are provided for you. Drip coffee maker w/ ground coffee supplied. Towels, shampoo, & conditioner are also provided. TV with cable in living room. TV with internet in bedroom (use your own streaming services). Paid laundry facility on site. 490 sqft. First floor means about 10 steps up and down from the parking lot. One complimentary parking pass is included with your stay. Additional vehicles will have to utilize paid parking areas near the complex. Guest access Guests will be provided a unique door code the Sunday prior to your arrival. You may self-check in anytime after 4pm. Other things to note "Bunk bed" in hallway is 6' in length and 2' in width. An adult under 6' would certainly fit, but not much room to twist and turn. Best suited for children or a small teen. Living room pull out sofa is a queen size bed, suitable for up to 2 adults or children. "Beach Package" available with advance notice. 2 low-profile folding chairs & 2 beach towels - $40/stay. Please review the listing cancellation policy as it cannot be modified under any condition. Also note Airbnb's extenuating circumstance policy is extremely limited and does not cover weather events, cancelled flights, or illness. For these reasons, trip insurance is recommended. Construction Notice: A roof replacement is currently ongoing which could affect a small amount of parking space. Construction supplies and equipment will be noticeable in the parking lots.
