Waterfront Executive Family Cottage

Family executive cottage in a multi million dollar neighborhood. This is a Clean, smoke free water front property. Other things to note Check in time on is 3Pm Earlier check in may be available upon request. No fireworks or parties are allowed at this property. All Guests to supply their own linens and Towels as we don’t provide them for sanitary and health reasons. However, if you are coming from out of town and can’t bring your own, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All guests to remove their garbage upon checkout and take it with them. Noise bylaw in effect by the city of Oro-medonte between 11Pm to 7Am. To ensure that the neighbors are not affected and we stay on good terms with them, we would appreciate it if you keep the noise down outside within this time frame. The dock on the property is taken out anytime after the third week of September so if your booking falls after that date and you wish to use the dock, please make sure you check with me to ensure if it’s availability prior to making your reservation.
