The Cottage at Fyrne Lake

The Cottage was the owner’s original home and is now the farms premiere lodging facility with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and with accommodations for up to 16 guests. It is equipped with 2 sitting areas, a cozy reading nook and a conference room with seating for up to 12. It is located well behind the main gates of the property, on a quiet ridge above the waters of Fyrne Lake. The cottage has an event venue attached so it is only listed during our slow seasons. No event scheduled during your stay! The space We are a quick 7-8 minutes from town! Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has 4 twins (2 bunks). There is a common space that has a couch that makes to a queen and also a reading nook that has an additional twin. The cottage is an event venue as well so it has a 3000 square foot screened in area. You are welcome to use for your convenience however if an event is on the property we must be notified and in some cases additional fees may apply. You can not have an event without letting us know in advanced or you could be removed from the property. Due to this "event space" the cottage is not available during peak seasons. Guest access You will be given a code to access the front gates before arrival. Because this home is behind the gates it will be unlocked and open for you upon arrival. A key will be left for your convenience. If we have a one day turn around this 24 hour window could be less as we will have to get there the morning of to reset codes. We will keep in contract through airbnb to keep you updated. Other things to note This is a fully equipped home, there are no extra cleaning services provided. Prior to the guest arrival, the premises and inventory are thoroughly inspected. If you see any damage upon your arrival please contact. Please do not wash bed linens and towels, as this will be done upon your departure. If your stay exceeds the weekend, then towels may be washed, however do so separately. Before departing, please strip all bed linens and place linens on top of the bed (overnight guests only). Any damages or missing inventory will be charged to the guest. Upon departure, please remove all food you have brought in during your stay. Please make sure all dishes have been cleaned and put away upon departure or have been loaded in the dishwasher and it has been started. Please see that all trash is placed in the provided trash cans in the garage/or covered car port area. If you move furniture please replace the furniture in its original location. No pets are allowed. No smoking in homes or covered screen porch. Upon your departure, please turn off all lights.
