There’s 2 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms. All hardwood & concrete floors, tons of natural light through large windows -all have optional lowering privacy screen shades. The kitchen is beautiful. The 3rd level has a loft/office space with great views attached to an exterior roof deck with fantastic views & washer and dryer. We are finishing a remodel so you may notice some art moved around different from the photos. The remodel of the primary suite is AMAZING The primary suite -bedrm. / bath- is all set up w/ a 42" TV, has high ceilings + own large primary bath w/full vaulted skylights, 2 sinks, and a separate shower. There is also second furnished bedroom with bed and desk and full bath. Lots of windows and natural light- The place is definitely a modern sweet pad -- a surfer's and/or beach lover's paradise for sure. The condo is in a 4 unit gated/secured building with open to sky courtyard located on the Marina Peninsula Alphabet Streets between Buccaneer & Catamaran just south of the pier 1 block from the beach and the sand. The unit only touches 1 of the other units, so in essence, it is free standing. The condo is located 1 block from the beach; to the cafes, restaurants, the venice canals, marina harbor, & just a few miles from the 405 & the 10 FWYs. 15 minutes max to LAX. The entire private home Minimal or none if it is the full house rental and not only one room (at lower price) guest rm is pictured empty in these photos but is now completely furnished. I am a well traveled architect-- the space is fabulous.... Notorious Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney Street, the historically enchanting Venice Canals, and the dreamy Marina of Marina del Rey Harbor are all just around the corner reachable on foot or bike. Fortunately, you are outside the major chaos. Additionally, there are a few noted Surf Breaks and the famous bike bath a block out in front as you will be 8 houses from the beach! Location, location, location. 8 houses from the beach! Within a few minutes walk are rentable city bikes and scooters, plus, public bus stops. The bus will take about 10-15 minutes of a bus ride to our light rail system to head to Hollywood, downtown, Burbank, San diego, Santa Barbara...and more. Our home is located approximately 15 minutes from LAX, Los Angeles international Airport
