Upstairs 2 bedroom room rental- Jack/Jill setup

This is a empty nest owner occupied home. These two rooms upstairs are ideal for families, allows parental privacy but close enough to monitor kids. Kids room: bunk beds, trundle or youth bed,rolling crib. Common areas include: 2nd bathroom, kitchen, breakfast nook, backyard, game/playroom (small pool table, foos ball table, play area -toys that appeal to girls & boys). The Jack and Jill setup has a private bath situated between both rooms(Parent room has cal-king size bed the other is a kids room with Bunkbeds, trundel, youth bed, a small rolling crib also available if needed). Upstairs game rooms include a pool table, fooz ball table, play space that includes a toy room (see pictures), a big fenced backyard is great for keeping kids entertained when its not too hot. Basic Cable TVs in Game room - and Parent room. WiFi avaliable also. Hosts are fluent in English, Spanish and American Sign Language(husband only). We have 2 other rooms we rent so their may be other guests with us during your stay. Also available for rental is another bedroom upstairs with a Cal king as room 3 and must be rented separtely see listing for Bienvenidos upstairs cal king for pricing. Additionally another room downstairs can be rented also see listing for Bienvenidos -downstairs Queen for pricing. Located in a quiet gated community. We are non smokers and don't allow smoking in our home. Guest access Guests tell us staying with us is easy, most say we have a beautiful home that is also comfy and relaxed. You will have access to all common areas of the home like game rooms living areas , kitchen and dining spaces as well as a big back yard with patio and BBQ grill. Driveway parking is available. During your stay Pedro and I are empty nestor grandparents, we are in and out daily based on what is going on in our lives. Guests are welcome to join us in common spaces and chat. If we are entertaining friends, guests are invited join us. We don't mind sharing dinner as long as we have notice and guests chip in for cost of the meal. Other things to note Stays of one week do not include toiletries due to reduced rates. We are pet owners with a dog and a cat. So if you have dog allergies please do not book with us.
