Fully equipped kitchen/dining area, air-conditioning, wood burning fire in the colder months, TV, main bathroom with shower and 3/4 bath and 2 separate toilets, laundry, spacious outdoor BBQ area, carport, linen supplied The space The recent renovations bring all the modern luxuries and conveniences into this historic home. From the fully equipped kitchen fitted with quality appliances to the stylish, cosy living room, the overwhelming feeling is of comfort. The house comfortably sleeps 5 in three cosy, stylish bedrooms with a bathroom and separate toilet. Please note that the bath is 3/4 size. A 2nd toilet and vanity are located in the laundry area. Outside you’ll find an outdoor entertainment area complete with BBQ and seating, undercover parking and a front verandah with beautiful views over the Piccadilly Valley. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole property. Other things to note Important info regarding brides, grooms and their attendants booking the house to use to prepare for their WEDDINGS. An additional charge is payable to cover extra cleaning etc. Please contact us for further information. Under no circumstances are events or functions allowed at the property. We provide a basket with provisions for a light breakfast on your first morning. We know you'll love exploring our local breakfast cafes for the other mornings or pick up extra supplies while you're out and about and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. The house is located in a working vineyard which means at various times of the year there may be activities such as mechanical and manual pruning, spraying and picking. For bio security reasons please do not wander into the vineyards.
