Freshly remodeled and furnished with new cabinets, furniture and appliances. New, super comfortable Cal-King mattress, brand new, washed, ironed and fragrant luxury European Stile Cotton Bedding, with oversize down pillows. The studio features a little kitchenette with small refrigerator and is complete with all electrical appliances you need to feel comfortable such as teapot, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. It's a perfect setting for business professionals in town for work, students, vacationers, and/or people exploring the area prior to moving. Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay. We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time. In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air. If you get hot, please use ceiling fan. If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows, or put on electric fireplace in winter time. There are three more units on the property with guests. Sometimes you can hear them through the walls. It's normal. If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it. STR-000014 Guest access You will have your own private 24 hours access from the backyard sliding glass door with your own key, and full and entire privacy inside the unit during your stay. Other things to note The pool and backyard area are shared with 2 more units. Please be respectful to other guests using the common amenities.
