Nestled in a peaceful hamlet, the cottage is steps from Lake Escourou, ideal for scenic walks and fishing. Within minutes by car, you will reach the center of Eymet, a medieval town with excellent restaurants and bars. The space The property is in a peaceful hamlet, a short walk from Lake Escourou. The accommodation includes an open living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen. It is a great place to relax and dine while enjoying the beautiful countryside views. The cottage has a very spacious double bedroom, equipped with amenities including a double wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The staircase in the bedroom leads up to the loft area, equipped with an extra double bed. The bedroom and mezzanine are separated by a curtain. Outside, a private covered terrace – perfect for lunchtime naps and alfresco dining. There is a small pool, sun loungers and a table with outdoor chairs. From the property, there is a small trail that leads directly to the lake and its pretty paths that go around it. There are several lookouts where you can admire impressive wildlife. You can also hire kayaks throughout the summer! Excellent vineyards populate the entire region, and welcome visitors for tastings and direct sales. The center of Eymet is a few minutes' drive away and Bergerac Airport is only 30 minutes' drive away. Guest access Guests will have full access to the vacation home.
