The space The property is located in a peaceful hamlet, just a few steps from Lake Escourou. The accommodation comprises an open-plan living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen. It's an ideal place to relax and dine while enjoying the beautiful countryside views. The cottage features a very spacious double bedroom, equipped with storage including a double wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. The staircase in the bedroom leads to the mezzanine, equipped with an additional double bed. The bedroom and the mezzanine are separated by a curtain. Outside, there is a private covered terrace - perfect for midday siestas and alfresco dining. There is a small plunge pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor table with chairs. From the property, there is a small path that leads directly to the lake and its pretty trails around it. There are several observation points where you can admire impressive wildlife. You can also rent kayaks throughout the summer! Excellent vineyards populate the entire region, welcoming visitors for tastings and direct sales.
