"The Eagles Nest" Studio Suite, cozy and private

Our home is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with walking paths. Relax in the backyard patio with the sound of the water feature and unwind in the hot tub. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions. The space The Living Space • Leather love seat couch with soft cozy throws and ottoman to kick your feet up and relax. You can turn the ottoman lid over to use as a tray. • Dyson heating/cooling portable unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. • Bluetooth soundbar under the TV to stream Pandora, Spotify or your own music. • Charging adapters for your iPhone, iPad, Android Phone or other USB devices. • Visio 42” flat screen TV with access to internet streaming services. Logon to Amazon or Netflix with your account access information. * Internet access and password will be provided upon arrival. Kitchenette Amenities Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster, Electric Hot Water Kettle. Coffee, Tea, Honey, Sugar and Sugar Substitute. There are Coffee Cups, Paper Plates, Utensils and Condiments. Please enjoy the water and beverages in the refrigerator. Dining table for two. Enjoy! Bedroom Space When winding down for the evening, get cozy in a soft cotton robe and guest slippers. The Queen size bed has a memory foam mattress, blankets, comforter, and two pillows per guest to help you get a great night's sleep. Extra blankets and throws are available. The bedroom has an open closet with hangers and shelves to unpack and help you create a home away from home. We have provided an Alarm clock with AM/FM radio, phone chargers and Dyson heating/cooling portable unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. Guest access FREE Parking Guest parking is to the far left of the driveway, near the gate to the backyard. Enter the gate and "The Eagles Nest” door will be directly on the right. Use the Keyless Entry pad to enter. Code is the last 4 digits of your phone number and #. To lock the keyless entry when you leave. Hold # until you hear it click. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us! Other things to note Please keep the gate closed and latched. We have two Goldendoodle puppies: Daisy and Maggie. Both are very sweet and love people. They may be in the backyard from time to time. The dogs are never allowed to enter the guest suite, to protect guests that may be sensitive to pet dander.
