This is a NON-SMOKING room for 1 in a nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, accessible to freeways. Distance from our place to: Airport Terminal 1 ~ 9.4 mi Las Vegas South Premium Outlet ~ 5 mi Bellagio ~ 9.7 mi Raiders Stadium ~ 6.8 mi Park ~ 0.6 mi We have 1 small dog that greet guest and family members coming in and out of the house. The space Master's suite with private entrance. No Smoking of any tobacco products, weed or any other product that produce smoke inside the room; this also extends to products such as e-cigs, vapes, or juul pods. No incense, scented candles, oils or similar products that incorporate real or emulate cannabis odor despite not having any effects of CBD or THC. Guest access Patio is all for guest. We have 1 small breed dogs and 1 frequent visitor big dog breed so generally inside space is not for guest to access. Other things to note We do not offer cleaning before checkout. Guest staying longer than 2 weeks will be provided towel replacements and extra toiletries.
