There are coffee shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops up and down Washington Street. Take a nice walk on the Boardwalk to Venice Beach/Muscle Beach and watch the street performers and artists. Tons of unique shopping and gifts. Anything you could want!! The bungalows were just remodeled and includes top of the line everything!!! 10' ceilings throughout the place with air conditioning for those hot days and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Take a walk down Abbott Kinney or through the Famous Venice Canals. 10 Minutes to LAX Airport or Santa Monica, 20 min to Beverly Hills, 30 min to Hollywood/Universal, 45 min to Disneyland. Most importantly 2 minutes to the Beach!! For Longer stays there may be additional security deposit and/or cleaning fee. Your bungalow is private for your use during your stay and not shared with anyone else. The courtyard area however is shared with others in the building but each bungalow has their own private patio space also. I am always a phone call away and only a short drive away. I am happy to interact as much or as little as the guest would like. If you would prefer to be left alone I am happy to do that also. I just want you to enjoy your vacation and stay! The neighborhood is the coolest part of the place. You can walk a block and a half and be in the sand! You can walk a four side blocks and be on Washington Street which is a strip of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, bike rentals, Venice Pier and much more. You can go out for the night and go to one of the local restaurants or bars and when you are finished you can just walk the few blocks back home again. So easy and convenient. There are little convenience stores on the strip also in case you need something in a hurry. Walk the beach boardwalk all the way to Santa Monica if you like. Go shopping or to eat on trendy Abbott Kinney. Great location with an amazing vibe! Cant be beat!! Come and enjoy! It is super easy to walk to so many things in the area. If it’s too far to walk or you don’t want to there is uber, Lyft and taxis available in the area all the time. Also there are buses that run up and down pacific. So many options!
