In-law suite in quiet upscale neighborhood. I call it Cima Palazzo or Mansion on the Hill. Italian decor. Access to a hot tub and backyard pool. My wife and I live in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath (which is accessible by going through master bedroom), a full kitchen with modern appliances and a living area. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful skylight. Access to a laundry room that is shared with the owner. The space This is an in-law guest suite attached to the main house. The style is European-Italian. The main house does have access to the guest suite but we would only come in if there is an emergency. The guest suite has its own access via a front door and via the french doors off the bedroom which leads to the patio, hot tub and pool. The bathroom is a en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom and you must go through the master bedroom door to access the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and storage. The master closet is walk-in. There is a coat closet off of the living room. The living room is open to the full kitchen. The kitchen has an island countertop with bar stools for dining. There are 3 TV's with internet and streaming cable. A Wii is available for gaming. Guest access 16’ X 32’ saltwater pool. Pool opens early May and closes in September. We will keep the pool open late as possible in September ( weather permitting). Hot tub available year round. Access to a shared laundry room if your stay is longer than 7 days. Other things to note Only guests (max 6) occupying the guest suite are permitted to use pool and hot tub. Children under 16 must be closely supervised by an adult in the pool area. Minimum age to rent is 21. No pets. It is our policy not to host for guests in the immediate Pittsburgh area.
