AN AUTHENTIC HOBBIT HOUSE INSIDE AND OUT. (landscaping and wooded lot just like 'the Shire) On bike path, close to public beach, fishing, hiking, biking, great restaurants, Quebec Border, right in town but you'd never know it! Very clean and hostess is present to introduce you to all amenities inside and out. The house is a local attraction for photographers and Hobbit lovers. . DOUBLE bed in AirBnB room. AN EXTRA ROOM- 2nd room queen bed $50/person per night The space This is as close to living on the actual movie set of LORD of the RINGS as you'll get but with a twist The seasons are met with gusto and excitement but there's a bonfire in the summer and blazing hearth in the chilly months. Great for after hiking/biking/swimming/sailing in the warm months. Fabulous for apres- alpine ski / snowshoe / X-country ski when snow's on the ground. You're in a forest but also in the town! What a combination! Double bed in AirBnB room . IF YOU NEED ANOTHER ROOM PLEASE ASK. Queen bed...$50 per person/ per night available Guest access You'll access your sleeping area, bathroom, living and dining areas. I magically disappear to a secret room so you have the main house all to yourself 90% of the time. During your stay I'll be in house during guest stay to answer all questions, offer homemade baking: your choice of old fashioned and/or gluten free/vegan/lactose free and tea or coffee. The kitchen isn't offered however, terrific breakfast diners are within a mile as are restaurants for any other meal. I will adjourn to my own quarters early each evening so you can put your feet up and have a cuddle with your love or quiet conversation with a friend with privacy.
