Happy's Place Downtown Southport

This is my uncle Happy's place. It is in historic downtown Southport, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Cape Fear river. Located on a quaint alley just off the town's main street, this happy little cottage is nestled among large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await. The space The house is located centrally in downtown Southport. Only three blocks from waterfront. You can enjoy many of our community festivals and shows practically from the porch. Guest access You will private access to the whole house. The small shotgun house has an open concept living room and kitchen. The living room has a twin size day bed and two small futon chairs. The home has one bathroom with a walk in single shower stall. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. The outdoor space includes a small front porch and tiny back yard. Other things to note House has fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, teapot, blender, toaster, crockpot and many items necessary to prepare a meal. We also have a portable crib and high chair if needed. Let us know in advance and we will provide. We do not allow pets.
