Awesome mountain living right at the base of the resort! The ski resort is the first stop on the bus route, or the condo's the first stop when you're done skiing or riding! Peak 7 and Peak 8 are just a 5-10 minute walk away! Great summer access to trails and mountain biking right out the door too! The Adventure Park is also a short walk/bus ride away in the summer! A large kitchen and living area accommodate a big group! A modern and updated space that has all the amenities you could ask for! A second bedroom with big brand new comfy bunks and a day bed sleep up to 5 family and friends! We've gotten quests from guests to send them info on the mattresses, so comfy! This is a truly special spot! Live like a local while you're in town! The main bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen and twin mattresses. The 2nd bedroom also has a daybed with two new memory foam mattresses as well! If you've got a big group pull out the sofa bed with a memory foam mattress and sleep and extra 2 more people! Plenty of room to make this place your base camp for Breckenridge Adventures or a Work from Home Stay. The community hot tub and sauna are located right next door and a great amenity after a big day in the mountains! The hot tub is just outside the condo as well, just a short walk through the community parking lot. Gold Camp The bus stop is located just up the road toward the mountain. The right bus stop (as you face the mountain) will take you to the base of Peak 8 and peak 7. The left side will take you back into town. The bus runs ever 15-30 minutes depending on the time of year you're in town. There is one flight of steps to climb to get to the condo. The trash enclosure is just outside in the parking area. No pets are allowed at the condo.
