No breakfast For your comfort, the ideal is 6 to 7 people , but the cottage can also accommodate on request (to be seen with the owner) up to 8 or 9 people maximum. Guest access You have private access to the entire building, garden and games room (billiards, foosball). An access code will be communicated to you upon arrival. There is a secure key box for you. In addition to your three terraces, garden and pond, there are relaxing armchairs and a barbecue at your disposal. Detailed information can be found on the table in the welcome folder upon arrival. Other things to note Pets not allowed. All-in. You have access to the 13 m x 3 m pétanque court. As a reminder, this is a rental of a self-contained accommodation and we do not offer breakfast or services. Energy charges included. Check-in and check-out times are to be specified no later than 1 day before arrival. Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible from 4pm and check out is the latest is 12pm. Ability to stay a little later upon request. Late checkout max until 4pm. In case of any inconvenience, please let us know. The signed rental agreement is to be provided no later than the day of arrival. The deposit of 250 euros is to be paid upon check-in in cash (bank checks not accepted). Electricity, pellets (heating and hot water) and cold water consumption are included in the rentals. We offer a package of 19 euro per night (included in the final price) for all charges for stays under 6 nights. For long stays longer than 6 nights, the meters are read at the beginning and end of the stay. We ask that you make the place as clean as it was in the same condition it was in when you arrived. You will respect the following people who will stay after your stay at the cottage.
