A fresh grass roof 'open' lodge with swimming pool set in a lush coconut grove, it is the perfect place to relax or have fun. Baan Yai is Baan Thamarchat's biggest villa with 320 sqm of living space. There are 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms. The open plan living area overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sofa area, dining area for up to 12 people, a fully furnished western-style kitchen and ceiling fans. The slightly raised first floor (ground floor) has two of the bedrooms, both with King size beds, air conditioning, a TV, private bathroom, private toilet, and a safe box. Above ground, the large living space offers a lounge area, dining space for up to 12 people and a fully furnished Western style kitchen in an open tropical setting. For this reason, we booked all 3 villas for 11 days and had a special agreement for the wedding. 1. Mica and Sea are super friendly and helpful hosts. There is absolutely no issue they cannot help you with. 2. Their staff is extremely hardworking. They clean the pool every day, make the beds and clean the villas without a word. Still, they always smile. Mica and his team even fill up the fridge, if you ask them. 3. Mica and Sea offered a breakfast for the first time in their career as the Restaurant we asked before, cancelled due to COVID. Mica and Sea did a fabulous job. Every single day, we enjoyed some variations of some dishes. But it is challenging work, so I would ask them before the booking if they can offer breakfast. 4. Our group consists of friends, families and kids. All of them enjoyed the pools and the whole property. Baan Thamarchat works very well with kids. Sometimes it was hard to convince them to go to the beach as they loved the pools so much. 5. The villas are beautiful, clean and in good condition. We love the design and enjoy the good maintenance. 6. There have been weddings before ours at this place. But it was the first time the whole wedding took place at his villas, organized by a professional, luxury wedding planner. It was a wonderful experience, Mica and Sea supported us in two years of planning. They are very open-minded. For the wedding planners and the photographer, it was a success, too. 7. it is in Hin Kong. Hin Kong is not the most beautiful Beach on the Island but offers lots of excellent and well-known restaurants. Still, some genuinely nice beaches are awfully close. Furthermore, due to COVID, some shops and restaurants in Phangan are still closed. Due to its location close to Thong Sala, everything is open in Hin Kong Road. In Koh Phangan, you normally don’t stay at just one place. Baan Thamarchat is Perfectly located to explore the island. It is close to everything. 8. Just in case Covid should be relevant in late 2022, Baan Thamarchat is the First SHA Certified Private Villa on Koh Phangan. I hope I did not forget anything, but I would like to thank Mica and Sea for this wonderful time. Guest access Guests can access the whole property. Other things to note Your villa, its swimming pool and all open areas are private, therefore only for you and your guests. Our customers are often surprised by our daily services. Yes, four dedicated staff oversee daily housekeeping, maintenance of the entire house, swimming pool and gardens, or at your convenience of course.
