Large dining table, a games room with Tv and pool table. A full gourmet kitchen, and an outside screened dining area with BBQ large outdoor table and outdoor lounge. The master King Suite has a newly renovated ensuite. All living areas and one bedroom are located downstairs. The home offers ducted air conditioning, full kitchen with new appliances, laundry, 2 TV'S and internet. Our property offers shady gardens featuring an avenue of mature Magnolia trees, a sparkling Inground pool, private playground with cubby house and huge trampoline.
