There is a private driveway specifically for this apartment/airbnb guest. It accommodates two cars -Fully stocked kitchen -***Please note the apartment does not have Comcast cable. It does have a tv with Roku, where you can stream from your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime ect accounts. It also has Peacock tv where you can also access many movies and tv shows. - There is a dehumidifier which the guest will need to empty occasionally. - I will consider pets. There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee that is separate from Airbnb Fees Other things to note I offer a 25% discount to month or longer reservations, price will be reflected in reservation request price.
