US 129 The Dragonfly Cottage ~ Keyless entry!

Cute, comfy cottage, 1bdr/1bath located on US 129 The Dragon. Sleeps 4, 1 qb in private br. 1 full pullout couch in LR (comfy). Full bath, kitchenette. Outside grill. All the amenities supplied. We are just minutes away from The Tail of The Dragon, GSMNP., The Smoky Mtn Speedway. We are 21 minutes from The Shed, 25 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 35 minutes from UT. We are in the country, but still only 15/20 minutes back to town. Watch your speed and animals. We are in the country!!! The space This cute cottage is just minutes away from US 129 The Dragon. This unique cottage offers a very clean, comfortable, and cozy stay. You have a private bedroom with a comfortable queen pillow top mattress and large closet space. A full bathroom with a tub and shower and another large closet. The living room has a comfy pull out full-size couch, tv with direct tv and wifi available. Kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, electric tea kettle, a small air fryer, mini waffle maker, blender, crockpot, mini fridge, lots of cabinets and all the little stuff. Keurig with some k cups provided. I have twin size flat sheets and blankets for individuals who might be sharing the same bed but would like their own sheets and blankets. The bathroom is a full-size bathroom with a tub and shower. All essentials supplied. If you are like me and most of my family, you must have a fan to help you sleep... I gotcha ya covered. I have a fan for the bedroom and living room so you won't have to pack yours. Please message me if you need to check in before 3. If I have it ready before then, you are more than welcome to come early. I have tried to think of everything you might need, but if you can't find something, please ask. Guest access Charcoal grill for a nice dinner outside on our 10 x 10 patio area...sit and watch the motorcycles fly by OR sit out under the stars and admire God's handy work at its best. Listen to the sounds of nature at night! It is such a treat to hear. Be sure to put ALL FOOD back in the cottage, don't leave any in your car. We do live in the country and have the occasional wildlife in our yard. Do not leave food on the outside table. Please don't leave any food on the grill. When it has completely cooled off, cover it back up. Thanks, Lynn Other things to note We are 15/20 minutes out of town. There is a Mini Mart 1 mile before the cottage. With gas and a deli. You are on your own for food. Mini fridge and toaster oven, electric tea kettle, air fryer, microwave, mini waffle maker, and outside charcoal grill provided. You will pass 2 Wal-Mart's on your way to the cottage. Please be sure you understand that we don't live in town. We are a short drive back in town. SO PLEASE DON'T DING ME ON LOCATION. WE DO LIVE IN THE COUNTRY. THAT'S THE CHARMING PART OF THE COTTAGE. I have an information book for you in the cottage that will help you find your way around town, places to eat, hospital, etc. I have a map of local motorcycle hot spots and the GSMNP area. Please leave it in the cottage. Take pics with your cell phones of directions if you are traveling on up the mtns. No cell service. WE HAVE A WIFI SECURITY CAMERA on the main house facing the driveway. Your indoor space is COMPLETELY CAMERA FREE! The surveillance cameras are for both of our protection. As stated above, we live in the country. I have NO CONTROL of seasonal bugs, spiders etc. We do spray monthly but they can still get in from time to time. I don't give refunds for mother nature events. Power can be lost do to storms or just a fallen tree. Cell service is spotty but I do have wifi in the cottage so you can use your Hotspot if necessary. I will not refund for wifi or cell service outages. ( You are in the country)!
