Tastefully decorated and newly updated, our cottage offers AC/heat, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, outdoor gas grill, cable TV in all rooms, WiFi, cabled phone, skylights, in unit W/D & a large screened in porch. The space Relax in one of the two adult pools or kiddie pool and enjoy a soak in the hot tub. *Please Note: pool availability subject to seasonal openings and closing in Spring & Fall, please inquire prior to booking* Large fields for outdoor games & playing or for relaxing in one of our comfortable Adirondack chairs facing the ocean. Guest access Guests have full access to their private, stand-alone cottage as part of Seagull resort . There are amenities on site such as two pools, hot tub and a nearby fitness center. The cottage comes equipped with everything one might need for a long weekend, family getaway or a girls night. There's a grill, plenty of space and a screened in three season porch you can enjoy late into the evening. Other things to note The unit is on a campus, the Seagull resort, and there are several other cottages available for rent, primarily weekly in the summertime. Having said that, be aware that other travelers will be in close proximity to you while you stay with us.
