1440 square foot Condo. Basically a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a resort. You can expect a professionally managed resort and a clean condo. Massanutten Woodstone Luxury: 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a King bed, the other has 2 single beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. 3 TVs. The units include a large jacuzzi tub. Partial kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, 2 burner hot plate... The space Amenities (Some cost extra, and can be booked through the resort), which are all subject to availability: 2 golf courses, miniature golf, go-carting, indoor/outdoor WaterPark, numerous indoor and outdoor swimming facilities and hot tubs, wave pool, Adventure Park, full-service spa, sauna, steam room, fitness centers, tennis courts, racquetball courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, indoor and outdoor basketball, water aerobics, horseback riding, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, river rafting, kayaking, tubing, zip line, canopy tours, several restaurants, special events/shows,/dinners, and a whole lot MORE!!! In total, over 168 activities on the resort grounds. Access to resort, details and activities at Guest Services desk. MyGuide is available outlining specials. Up to 1 Week Rental Per Resort rules, guest must be 21 years old to check in. Photo ID and a Credit Card when checking in. They will hold a deposit. The resort has a mandatory $18 per day resort fee, payable to the resort upon check-in. Daily passes to the waterpark and other activities cost extra, and can be purchased on site from the resort if available No smoking in the unit. No Pets. If you try to book directly with the resort, you will see that prices are significantly higher. If you go with a hotel: rooms would cost a lot more, plus and you would have less space, no kitchen, and a longer drive to activities. Other things to note The photos posted show furnishings, interiors, appliances, etc. that will be similar to, but not necessarily an exact match to, the ones in the unit in which you will be staying. Some units have been remodeled to have more modern finishes, so you may get one of them but there is no guarantee.
