The space Our centrally located, 3-story building with two apartments combines 19th century charm with modern amenities. This 875-square-foot, two-level apartment features a top-floor master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in shower, room darkening curtains, and whirlpool tub. The main level offers a spacious living space, eat-in kitchen, and powder room.

Working professionals have the conveniences of a home away from home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and free laundry, all while enjoying the energy of downtown living. Free off-site parking for one vehicle in a parking deck with provided Parking Pass (7’2” or 8’2” clearance and 18’ length max). We can advise on parking options for additional vehicles but there is no parking for large trucks or high-capacity vans close to our location.
