This 875-square-foot, two-level apartment features a top-floor master suite (king bed, walk-in shower, whirlpool tub) with a living space on the main level with two seating areas, a half-bath with laundry, a dedicated workspace, and separate eat-in kitchen. Perfect for couples enjoying a getaway in our area who desire more warmth and comfort than a hotel room, with space to spread out after the day’s activities. Free off-site parking in a parking deck with provided Parking Pass (7’2” or 8’2” clearance). Note: The deck cannot accommodate vehicles longer than 18 feet. We can advise on parking for an additional vehicle, but there is no parking for large trucks or high-capacity vans close to our location. The 3rd floor bedroom does not have blackout shades and is generally quiet as sound has to travel from street level. However, as this is a city environment, sensitive sleepers may want to bring an eye mask, or earplugs. Many reviewers have noted the quiet sleeping conditions.
