A delightful, stylish penthouse right in the heart of Harrogate. Close to the action but very quiet due to its location and double glazing. Light and airy with all the comforts of home including free wifi and a lift. Bedrooms can be made up a singles or doubles - see below. Close to the bus and railway station, Betty's, restaurants, bars, shops. The International Conference Centre is an easy walk. Free parking on the street 6pm to 8am with inexpensive daytime parking nearby. The space Access is via Albert Street, the apartment is on the second floor, access via stairs or lift. Bedroom 1 has a super-king bed which can be split into twins on request (£10.00 charge), wardrobe and drawers, hairdryer, en-suite with large walk in shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and can be split into twins - £10.00 charge. Wardrobe with shelves and hairdryer. House bathroom has basin, toilet and bath with shower over it. Good quality, hotel standard bedding and towels are provided. A starter pack of luxury hand wash, shampoo and shower gel , tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided as well as basics such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet paper. In the sitting room there is a sofa bed which converts to a full size double bed (charges apply.) There is a dining room table with 6 chairs. Kitchen area with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, cafetiere, kettle along with lots of pots and pans , crockery , glasses etc. There is a separate utility cupboard with washer/drier, iron and ironing board and clothes airer. There is a large flat screen TV with Freeview, surround sound and cd/dvd player. There is also wifi and information on parking and tourist information. All rooms have double-glazing and blackout blinds including the sitting room. Arrival time from 3pm although may be possible to arrive at 2pm subject to availability, for an additional £10.00 fee, Departure by 10 am. Late 12 noon departure available subject to availability for £20.00 charge. These options must be requested in advance. The apartment is priced for 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms. Sofa bed available as an optional extra (£25.00 charge applies if booked for 4 guests). Strictly non smoking and no pets or parties or loud noise permitted inside the apartment.
