Outfitted with a SubZero fridge/freezer, Thermador gas stove/oven, Vitamix Blender, and top of the line cook wear and small appliances. The large farm sink is surrounded by local, hand cut sandstone countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area has a large farm style table which seats 8-10 people. After a day of playing in the mountains, relax in the the brand new hot tub on the back porch. A full size washer and dryer, updated full bath, and new sleeping loft with a brand new queen bed are located adjacent to the kitchen. Guests in the sleeping loft can close the pocket barn door and enjoy complete privacy from the rest of the house. A private patio with deck furniture is a great place for breakfast in the warm months. The home is fully furnished and equipped for up to 10 people, with professional cleanings scheduled between all guests. Sleeping Arrangements: To clarify for folks - We have a 3 bedroom, 1 sleeping loft home. 1 King bed in the master bedroom on the 1st floor, 1 Queen bed in each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms, 2 tri-fold memory foam mattress pads that can be setup on the floor of the upstairs bedrooms, 1 Queen sofa bed pull out in the living room, and 1 Queen bed in the sleeping loft off the kitchen. We provide all high end linens and bedding. The ladder to the sleeping loft is vertically built into the wall, so not ideal for older folks, but ideal for the athletic and for kids.
