Built in 1908 and later added on, this home has been updated over time and is in beautiful condition. Please note that one of the bedrooms is a "pass through" room and you must walk through this room to get to another (the bunk room). These two rooms share a bathroom. The guest house, found on the other side of the pool, has 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. With a large kitchen, pool and ping pong tables, as well as multiple doors opening up to the pool, the guest house is ideal to continue entertaining day and night. Our favorite space is a 400 sqft screened in outdoor room by the pool with large screen TV and fireplace. In addition there is a large outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator and bar. While the houses are beautifully appointed for all of your needs, the fishing lakes, bridges and pastures are what make this property so special. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the houses and the complete 117 acres of the property. There is a apartment in the barn which the grounds keeper lives in and guests will not have access to this or the office in the barn. Other things to note We're very willing to accommodate events or other requests from fishing tournaments, car shows, small weddings, etc. Events will be priced in addition to the nightly rate and details (number of guests, etc) will determine the event fee.
