There are sensors around the home that detect ambient noise levels in and out of the house. If they reach 70 decibels or higher during quiet hours, we will receive an automated text message. If this continues for an extended time, we will respectfully ask that you vacate the property immediately without refund. If police are called, you will be fined $1,000.
