As a corner house we have sunny exposure in all rooms! The whole house is on a UV water filtration system and is cleaned/sanitized regularly! The backyard has an outdoor shower, pool and hot tub, all fenced in. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk from the hour and has parking. We provide Beach tags for access, towels, chairs coolers etc. The basement has a game room for kids and an exercise area with a Schwinn spin bike. Private Beach- at the end of our road is an exclusive Beach with mooring rights. It is GORGEOUS! Guests are provided with all beach amenities available in the house, beach towels, volleyball set, beach chairs/umbrella, coolers etc. Guests just bring the people, food and drinks! We are as available as you would like to be! Are you comfortable but also for you to feel like the house is yours. You let us know how interactive you would like is to be and that's what we will provide! We are always available for emergencies, lock-outs, technical issues (grills, sound system, pool etc.) and we are a call away 24/7!!!! Walking distance to private Beach and Sag Harbor Village for dining and shopping. We have mooring rights at our beach which is great if you have a boat or kayak! What do I love?
