Village Home-Pool, Beach, Perfect for Family!

In the Village of Sag Harbor, in a private beachfront community, is our Victorian gem that will transport you in time while offering luxuries of a modern home! Perfect for a family with four bedrooms infusing a nursery. Impeccably clean, with state of the are amenities, a game room, two car garage and oasis like backyard! All you need for a fun summer beach day is included for your enjoyment. Then finish your beach day dip with a dip in the pool and a backyard BBQ or walk to the Village! The space Our home is designed in a classic Victorian style with two balconies, Gothic and rustic flare throughout alongside sleek Italian marble and granite warm and comfy furnishings and beautiful lighting. As a corner house we have sunny exposure in all rooms! The whole house is on a UV water filtration system and is cleaned/sanitized regularly! The backyard has an outdoor shower, pool and hot tub, all fenced in. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk from the hour and has parking. We provide Beach tags for access, towels, chairs coolers etc. The basement has a game room for kids and an exercise area with a Schwinn spin bike. Guest access Private Beach- at the end of our road is an exclusive Beach with mooring rights. It is GORGEOUS! Guests are provided with all beach amenities available in the house, beach towels, volleyball set, beach chairs/umbrella, coolers etc. Guests just bring the people, food and drinks! Other things to note Though the house has a romantic, and classic look, every furnishing and room is as comfortable as you could dream of! All bedding, linens are brand-new and the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, it is as if this is your home away from home!
